Response to LA Crimes, The Dr. Murrey Report, 2 May 2025
Recently I was asked by LA Crimes to respond to a few questions about a recent ruling and order.
Here is my response.
The judge made shocking errors. For instance, she fabricated an entire case (LASC case no. 18STCV09056) wherein I am not even a party to the action, but for which she wrongfully faults me for its filing. The judge also duplicated another case beucase it was assigned a second case number by another judge. This occurred through no fault of my own. Because yet another case is over seven (7) years old – and at least two other cases belong to a confidential global settlement while I was represented by an attorney –, I immediately filed an application to vacate the judge’s order. What all this means is that, according to the judge’s own order and the above-noted facts, there are eight (8) cases in question during the past seven (7) years. I am now waiting for an explanation from the judge as to why she believes any of these eight (8) cases were brought in bad faith and/or determined to be adverse to my person within the last seven (7).
As the docuemnts and evidence from the links above show, I suffered a trauma of losing my girlfriend to cancer in March of 2018. While battling her cancer anonymous people stalked, harassed and defamed – and even extorted her and I – on the anonymous revenge-porn website CHEATERREPORT.COM (“Cheaterreport”) in 2017 and 2018. I reasonably wanted justice for her and myself. This distress and financial harm sped up her cancer and reduced our resources. So far the judge has also shown no compassion whatsoever.
But what effect has this order had on me and my cases thus far? None. I have never filed a lawsuit that did not have merit. All this order means now is that I have to prove to a judge that any lawsuit I intend to file in the future has merit. Then it gets filed. If this becomes necessary, this will not be a problem.
I also want to say that I believe in the original United States constitution, bill of rights, and spirit from whom they come. Of course they are not without tragic flaws. But I believe in them. I also believe juries are far more intelligent than anyone working at the LA Times, to say nothing of its owner, and those who own said “owner”. Juries are certainly more intelligent than anyone dumb enough to read the LA Times. If necessary, I can explain how the judge suspiciously erred in her order to a jury, assuming the order is not vacated by then.
My cases are growing in strength. The number of defendants against whom I am litigating and/or whose anti-SLAPP motions have failed has meanwhile increased: Kelly Gibbons, Amy Blalock, Lena Vanderford, Vanessa Valdes, to mention just a few. I am also currently litigating against Facebook (see LASC case no. 25STCV02792). I have more defendants coming into my cases, many of whom are being unmasked, identified and served, despite the fact that they are cowardly evading service.
No one has ever obtained a judgment against me for abuse of process nor malicious prosecution, though attorneys and law firms have tried and failed. And as the documents and evidence from the links above show, I was reasonably seeking justice for my girlfriend who passed from cancer in March of 2018 and for myself. We had both suffered anonymous online stalking, harassment and defamation – and even extortion in 2017 and 2018. Further, I had to defend myself from an ex-friend who in the years just after was having some sort of mental breakdown. And the above-named defendants including, but not limited to Gibbons, Shariat, Valdez, Olivia Burger et al. published a GoFundMe webpage whereupon they falsely claimed I stalked a woman named Elly Sharait. As I have said countless times, Shariat is a woman who I do not know and who I have never met. Shariat is aggressively evading service because she knows she is guilty. Together these individuals conspired to promote their defamatory GoFundMe webpage to billions of viewers on national and international news media outlets. This resulted in death threats against my person. As the docuemnts and evidence from the above links show, my restraining order petitions against Gibbons, Shariat and Valdez were reasonable.
What is extraordinary is how these demonic freaks are obsessed with me. In particular they are addicted to causing me distress. Is it that they feel rejected? And when I reasonably seek justice for their crimes and civil torts they seek cover in corrupted law and media all too willing to provide them with the latest corruption. Is it political? Sorry. I know that is going to upset corrupt and creepy “national security state” agents who falsely claim to have “sovereign immunity” to spy on innocent people. My advice: Try sicko-chat. You might discover that you enjoy being a good human.
Final addendum-question: When is the LA Times finally going to do its first article about the anonymous individuals who own the private regional federal reserve banks who, in turn, print the money we are extorted into using everyday? They created just a little over five (5) trillion ($5,000,000,000,000.00) during the scamdemic. Just a thought for an interesting article…
